You will be provided a Get Started button on the affiliate page where you can start your sign up process.
However, It’s not clear how a user will be able to sign up for the affiliate program, but in the near future if it launches we will be posting step by step guide to sign up for the affiliate program and if you are eligible for it, you can sign up for it with the help of our guide.

Who can register for the Instagram Affiliate program?
Since the affiliate program is not live, we don’t have much information about the eligibility criteria for becoming an Instagram affiliate but little do we know that it will not be for everyone.
Creators who have decent follower base at least will be eligible for the program.
But its a great starting point for many small creators out there, who create genuinely good content.
If they can be an affiliate it can help them financially.
People with big following won’t face much issues signing up for the affiliate program.
Creators who don’t meet or follow the Partner Monetization Policies will not be eligible for the program.
You will see an error like that if you don’t follow partner’s policies.
